Dr. Trotter is currently Executive Director of the Association of Internal Management Consultants and President of Trotter Consulting International.
 
He has previously held executive positions in major corporations, a leading management consulting firm and served as Director of the Institute for Global Business Strategy.
 
He has also authored numerous books, articles and research papers in the areas of strategic planning, performance measurement/ management, process reengineering and global business development.
